Following an executive session on cybersecurity matters, the Butte County Board on Jan. 20 authorized Auditor Annie Capp to sign a three-year agreement with Northern Hills Technology for $13,620.20 per month. The motion to authorize the agreement was made by Commissioner James Ager, seconded by Commissioner Terry Batterman, and passed by unanimous vote.
