Chair Langdon Plummer reported that the board received a request to continue application 26‑16 (Peter A. Smith, revocable trust) so the surveyor can submit revised plans for the Oct. 22 meeting. A motion to continue the application to Oct. 22 at 7:00 PM in the NOAC Room was moved and seconded, and the board approved the continuance by voice vote.
