Commission splits on Circle K text changes but backs adding site to Alton Place HCD
The Hilliard Planning & Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend adding a Circle K parcel to the Alton Place HCD sub-area but split on proposed changes to the PUD development text, approving the boundary change while voting against significant text amendments.

The Planning and Zoning Commission on Oct. 8 recommended that the city council add the Circle K site at Roberts Road and Alton Darby Road into Sub-area C7 of the Alton Place HCD, while declining to endorse broader changes to the HCD development text.
