Maggie O'Brien, representing the Rutland Regional Planning Commission, presented the town's draft Local Hazard Mitigation Plan and told the Selectboard that a public comment period opens Sept. 15 for two weeks with a vote to follow after the comment window closes. "A hard copy of the LHMP is available at the Town office," O'Brien said.
