The Town Board accepted the Map, Plan & Report prepared by MHE Engineering, D.P.C. for Consolidated Harris Sewer District Extension No. 3, which would serve 190 Cold Spring Road (KA Annex LLC / Kozy Acres). The board adopted Res. No. 383 to accept the report and Res. No. 384 to call a public hearing on Oct. 6, 2026 at 7:00 PM to consider the proposed extension under Section 209‑d of the Town Law.
