The Sioux County Board of Equalization heard testimony Oct. 5 from individuals seeking changes to property valuations reported on Form 425, Report of Damaged Real Property. "Mike Bannan, Emery Fox, and John Skavdahl, manager of Coffee & Son, Inc., appeared to provide testimony concerning property valuation protests," the meeting record states.
