A finance staff member gave a department update that highlighted audit progress, staffing gains and increased participation in a targeted refund program. "So for 2024, we had, 791 submissions. And for 2025, we had 926 submissions," the presenter said when reviewing the senior/low-income/disabled refund program totals.
