El Paso MPO opens 30-day public comment on RMS 2052 MTP, TIP and conformity report
The El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization authorized a 30-day public involvement period for its long-range RMS 2052 plan, the 2027–2030 TIP and the transportation conformity report; staff said the draft will be circulated at regional open houses beginning April 22.
