The commission voted Aug. 25 to recommend approval of a special permit to reestablish an RV park on property addressed near 4201 South 3rd Street and to approve a related rezoning of 4200 South University Parks Drive from C1 to C2. Planning staff said the site previously hosted an RV park, and recommended approval of the special permit with standard conditions including a cap of 27 spaces, adherence to Chapter 15 of the code, and platting prior to a recreational vehicle park license.
