Sherry Setfin, the special magistrate for Seminole County code enforcement, ordered the removal or permitting of an unpermitted floating dock at 3125 Lowry Drive, Oviedo, setting a 15‑day compliance deadline. Code enforcement officer Chris Smith presented inspection photos, USPS proof of mailed notices and a timeline of inspections dating to Aug. 24, 2026. "This violation was an internal complaint," Smith said, summarizing photos from inspections and the notice and compliance schedule mailed on Aug. 25, 2026.
