The chair introduced item 12, the library book review, saying: “Moving on to the item number 12, which is the library book review.” The superintendent and the executive director of teaching and learning had recommended approval "as presented," and a trustee moved the recommendation; another trustee seconded and the board approved the item by voice vote.
