Chris reported the planning commission's work with consultant SC Group to develop alternative development scenarios for Riverside and said those scenarios are informing the preliminary engineering report (PER) and a community wastewater study. "We're just getting into some specifics, and there's really starting to be some back and forth between the development scenarios and the PER," he said.
