The Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved Ordinance 26-06 on second reading, adding a new "Technology Fee" to Title 18, Chapter 2 (Water). Alderman Alisha Allgood moved to approve the ordinance; Alderman Bill Deaver seconded and the motion passed on a 7-0 roll call.
