The Law, Ordinance and Environment Public Safety Committee agreed to advance a revised draft of ordinance 17 o 5 to explicitly include recovery housing and to add regular reporting requirements from the inspecting authority. Chair said Ohio House Bill 58 is "still sitting with the senate," but that local action could proceed in the interim.
