The Putnam County Physical Services Committee on Oct. 9 approved a budgetary amendment to add FY2025–26 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) funds for the county planning office. Chair moved the measure after Commissioner Barossa described the UPWP as covering staff increments and discretionary projects, and said one of the discretionary projects is a transit study.
