City planner reports multiple East Ridge projects progressing; Hummingbird Village nearing completion
City planner Mike told the zoning board that Hummingbird Village is about 80% complete and reviewed multiple commercial and residential projects — Seahorse Farms preliminary plat, a Southern Tire Mart site plan, Camping World site remediation, Scooter's Coffee temporary certificate of occupancy, and new tenant plans including Planet Fitness and Dutch Bros.
