Fire Chief Shad Cooper presented a resolution rescinding fire restrictions at the Sept. 15 meeting and requested the board lift the restrictions. After discussion, Commissioner Vickrey moved to wait two weeks to lift fire restrictions; the motion passed 4-1 with Commissioner White opposed.
