During 'Other Business' the commission was told that the Montgomery County Council approved Resolution 2026-12, described as a "Determination of No Excess AV in the TIF Districts." Gary Booth raised the council actions and Attorney Dan Taylor and Chris Cox clarified that Nucor Coatings constitutes its own taxing district.
