The council approved consent-agenda items by a single motion after a request was made to pull Consent Agenda Item #5. Approved items included vouchers for January 2026, minutes of the Jan. 5 meeting, the May 16 Clean-up Day event and a franchise agreement; Resolution 2026-004 was also listed under consent items. Separately, council approved changing the date of the Tree Light Ceremony to Dec. 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
