Commission approves consent resolutions, authorizes indemnification agreement
The Cape May County Bridge Commission unanimously approved Resolutions 26-3864A through 26-3867 at its Aug. 20 meeting, covering an officer's certificate authorization, certification of deposits, a payroll/benefits payment ceiling and an indemnification agreement with NJ Run for the Fallen Inc.

The Cape May County Bridge Commission on Aug. 20 unanimously approved a consent package that included Resolutions 26-3864A through 26-3867. The motions, moved by Secretary/Treasurer Maryanne K. Murphy and seconded by Vice Chairman Scott Halliday, carried on unanimous voice votes by the commissioners present.
