The Atchison County Commission deferred two Road & Bridge items on Aug. 18. A planned discussion with Schwab Eaton about Ottawa Road was not held this week and was placed on next week’s agenda. A separate discussion of an easement for Rural Water District (RWD) #5 was explicitly moved to next week’s commission meeting.
