The Southern Lehigh School District board voted to accept a monetary donation from the Southern Lehigh Education Foundation during the March 23 meeting. Superintendent Dr. Karen Trinkle described the foundation as a vital partner that helps bridge community generosity and classroom innovation, and said administration members personally visited recipients to share the news.
