The Supervisors of the Checklist discussed the NCOA list during their Aug. 17 meeting and noted guidance from the Secretary of State to hold off on that step until the voter qualification process is complete. Maryjo Gallagher, a Supervisor of the Checklist, recorded that the group "discussed the NCOA list and the Secretary of State's recommendation not to attempt this process until the voter qualification process is complete."
