Members reviewed feedback the Selectboard provided at its Aug. 24 meeting and said that prioritizing work in phases remains a challenge for the renovation plan. "The committee has been challenged with phasing the project by priority," the minutes state; members discussed how to sequence work items so the most critical pieces are completed first.
