Staff previews Panella RV permanent-residence CUP for May hearing
Planner Tristan Douse previewed CUP26010, an RV-as-residence request for a 1.03-acre parcel at 1751 East Whitehall Drive (Greater Red Lake). Staff said the site plan and park model were reviewed and no neighborhood meeting attendees were recorded.

At the study session planner Tristan Douse introduced himself and presented a staff orientation for CUP26010, an applicant request to allow an RV as a permanent residence on a 1.03-acre AR1-zoned parcel in the Greater Red Lake area. Douse said the park model is situated on the southeast corner of the lot, staff has reviewed the site plan and the applicant reported no attendees at a March 18 neighborhood meeting.
