Chair Wilson called the commission to order and the board approved a consent-item conditional-use permit for an RV to be used as a permanent residence after staff displayed a corrected resident narrative that had been omitted from the packet. Vice Chair Best raised the missing form; staff confirmed the version in the department file contained the responses and displayed it for commissioners.
