Planning Director Nicole Hay told commissioners that Polar Block Properties, LLC applied for a four‑lot minor subdivision in the SE¼ of Section 13 and that the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval after public hearings. The Board adopted Resolution 2025 BCC 48, which conditions approval on recording a covenant requiring Lots 1–3 to share private‑road maintenance costs and demonstration of inclusion into the Morgan County Quality Water District within six months or the conditional approval becomes void.
