Zoning staff presented an interim use permit request from Ken and Chelsea Sands to allow short-term rentals on a 33-acre parcel in Springvale Township. The property has four bedrooms; applicants asked permission to add two bedrooms and, if expanded, to allow up to 14 occupants. Staff said the septic meets code and the planning commission recommended approval with 19 conditions and five supporting findings.
