Jason Lytle of engineering firm GMB told the council that Amendment #3 requests an additional $48,320.64 for hourly services, bringing the total engineering services for the Pumping Station Rehab Project to $571,911.64, and that the amount was included in USDA loans closed on Feb. 19, 2026.
