Council directs expanded landscape RFP to include Town Hall services, leaf removal and alternate material pricing

Administrator Erin Braband presented the staff list of items to include in the grass cutting and landscape RFP and told council that "services at Town Hall need to be added to the list as well as leaf removal for all Town properties." President Newnam requested increasing mulching to twice a year and adding an alternate in the RFP so contractors could quote both contractor-supplied materials and Town-supplied materials.
