County leaders described concrete AI use cases underway across health and operational divisions. Sim Ogle and colleagues said Microsoft DAX Copilot integrated with Epic ambiently drafts clinical notes and is saving clinicians "2 to 3 hours of paperwork daily," while Lumenetics is being used to analyze retinal scans for diabetic eye disease and Pearl is piloted for dental second opinions in corrections.
