Ringgold County Engineer Jared Johnson reported the NEPA review for the P27 South project is complete and no special conditions were assigned, allowing the department to begin check‑plan development. He said the department planned to follow the developmental schedule for the P33 project so P27 and P33 could be tied together at letting to improve project bidding.
