Planning staff said Whitley Infrastructure Group, for Omnipasha, seeks to replat Lot 1 in Gulf Terrace into Lots 1A and 1B to facilitate new homes in the longstanding Gulf Terrace neighborhood. Tom Morrow (Whitley Infrastructure Group) described the proposal as a "simple little replat" to support new development in the area.
