Board to re-notice applicants; referrals to Council explained
Staff told applicants and attendees that, under the city's code of ordinances, items the Landmark Board cannot hear for lack of quorum will be forwarded to City Council and that emails and letters will be sent to re-notice the public.

Staff said the city's procedures allow board items that cannot be considered due to lack of quorum to be submitted to the next available City Council meeting. The clerk told attendees: "We will send out all the emails and letters to the public so that they're advised of the the change in date the the venue the time." The clerk added that staff would follow Council direction if Council changes its meeting date.
