PSC approves routine dockets and notices in consent action
At its Oct. 8 meeting the Public Service Commission approved a slate of notices, dockets, rulemaking rosters and settlement items on the consent list, including orders to reopen notices, a technical advisory roster for gas meter testing, and other staff-recommended actions.

The Public Service Commission approved a series of consent items and staff-recommended actions at its Oct. 8 open meeting. The commission secretary said commissioners had independently reviewed the minutes and notices and found no need for discussion, and the body approved minutes and consent items by voice vote.
