Committee recommends raising biosolids hauling authorization to $950,000

Chair Christy Marshall presided over a committee discussion on a proposed amendment to Resolution R35 2025 that would raise the annual authorized amount for AgriSludge Incorporated’s biosolids hauling contract to $950,000. Mr. Titterington told the committee the 10‑year contract includes cost‑of‑living increases tied to the CPI and anticipated growth in hauling volume; "We anticipate that we will go well over that amount," he said, adding that the additional spending was expected and included in the adopted budget.
