During new business Presenter (S3) noted a cell-tower application on the agenda and said no one attended the public hearing on the tower; one speaker had shown opposition at a separate hearing. Commissioners said they had questions about the application and asked the applicant to return with additional information. "So they voted to delay that 1 until, I think the end of the month," Presenter (S3) said when summarizing the commission's action.
