Commission to consider hiring commission clerk and several proclamations

A staff member asked the commission to approve hiring Rachel Bean as a full-time commission clerk and to add her to payroll effective Nov. 2, saying, "I'll be asking for a new hire for full time commission clerk, Rachel Bean, and add to payroll effective November 2." The same staff member said the person offered the facility maintenance technician job declined and asked permission to re-advertise that opening.
