Matt Epperson, representing the road department, told commissioners the bid opening for diesel fuel (bid 27004) was held Oct. 9 and said a tabulation and award recommendation will be presented Oct. 13. He requested payroll removals for two departing employees and asked to add Gavin Price as a full-time road worker effective Nov. 2; he also described reclassifications for existing staff.
