The Hurst City Council approved Resolution 19-23, accepting a one-year collective bargaining agreement with the Hurst Firefighters Association Local 4660. City Manager (speaker 3) described the agreement as a tentative, negotiated package that the association had approved and said it was structured to avoid undue pressure on taxpayers.
