The council approved a slate of appointments and reappointments to city boards, commissions and committees for terms beginning Oct. 1, 2026 and ending Sept. 30, 2029, following a Community & Intergovernmental Relations Committee review. Lisandra Leal, assistant city secretary, presented the background and said the committee reviewed applications and prioritized appointments; the council moved, seconded and voted unanimously to adopt the recommendations.
