Commission asks for measurable Implementation Matrix and milestones for Comprehensive Plan

Commission members pressed for concrete mechanisms to move the plan from document to action. Chairman Keith Voss asked for examples of the proposed Implementation Matrix; Jeremy Stoff described a framework that would identify priority actions, implementation partners, timelines and levels of priority and agreed to provide sample matrices for review.
