The Meriwether County Board of Commissioners and the Airport Authority met Aug. 25 for a joint work session to review the authority's draft capital-improvement program and budget priorities. Theron Gait, who the authority asked to help explain the budget, said the authority's immediate goals were to present clearer revenue and expenditure lines and to "improve communication between the airport authority and board commission."
