The Public Works Committee recommended an agreement with Electric 1 for replacement of overhead ceiling fans at the Municipal Operations Center in an amount not to exceed $96,745, subject to city attorney review and approval. Staff said the selected bidder was within the capital budget and included an upgraded control system that will allow scheduling and reversing the fans for winter heat management.
