Lower Allen authorizes pipelining contract and approves milling change order for infrastructure project
The board authorized a $146,657.78 pipelining contract with Mr. Rehab LLC (budgeted at $175,000) and approved a change order raising milling unit price from $2.68 to $3.10 per square yard, increasing the EK Services contract by about $20,000–$25,000; both votes were unanimous.
