Pflugerville staff said they will start design on the northern portion of Lake Pflugerville Phase 2 in February or March. The concept includes a beach area, a wetlands boardwalk for education and recreation, a Silent Harbor loop trailhead and roughly 40 additional parking spaces to improve access.
