Cindy Fro, the city's CIP program manager, told the advisory committee the CIP program is tracking 58 active projects: roughly 25 in utilities, 26 in transportation, five in parks and two in facilities. She summarized project phases (professional services procurement, bid, design, construction) and said about 30 projects are in design while 24 are in construction.
