Fitchburg approved an amendment to subdivision‑improvement agreements in Jamestown Quarry to move overhead signage to a later timeline and accepted completed public improvements for a phase 2 plot (turn lanes, signals and markings), clearing the way for certificates of occupancy for businesses.
