The Public Works & Transportation Committee of the Broome County Legislature on July 7 carried Resolution #21 authorizing a shared services agreement between the New York State Department of Transportation and Broome County for 2025–2028. The measure carried with four votes in favor, none opposed, and one absence (M. Hilderbrant).
