Staff told commissioners they had a 2023 TIF map and proposed adding three new allocation areas established by recent projects, including BWF EnviroTech, Home to Suites and Copper Creek Apartments. Staff has asked Reso Engineering for a cost estimate and will bring the estimate back to the next meeting unless the commission authorizes a not-to-exceed amount today.
